• 1983 – Finalit products were produced by Kurt Leidinger for his own stonemasonry business and are still being developed by his daughter Margit.
• Finalit has its own production in Austria
• 1997 – Finalit Komplett-Steinpflege GmbH is founded by Margit Leidinger as a family business.
• 2014 – Master Franchisee Germany
• 2016 – Master Franchisee Greece
• 2020 – Master Franchisee Czech Republic & Slovakia
• 2023 – Klaus Schierhackl becomes a partner in the company
• Currently, Finalit Franchise has 3 master franchisees and more than a dozen local franchisees in six countries
